  • Your email address (to deliver intake links and digital Proof of Broadcast certificates).
  • The "witness" photographs and target criteria you explicitly upload to our secure terminal.
2. Secure Media Handling and Disposal
Your uploaded witness photographs are treated as sensitive data. They are stored securely on our web server and are accessible only to our authorized operating technicians. Once your fixed-term broadcast (72 hours or 7 days) concludes, your witness image is permanently deleted and completely scrubbed from our active server databases. For continuous monthly subscription slots, images are retained on our server only for the active duration of the billing cycle and are wiped immediately upon service termination.

3. Third-Party Disclosures
We do not sell, trade, or share your email address or uploaded media with third-party marketing networks, data brokers, or centralized corporations. Information is strictly used to configure the physical dials on our hardware console.
4. Blockchain Transparency
While your identity on our website is kept strictly confidential, you acknowledge that public blockchain ledgers (such as Bitcoin or Solana) are transparent by design. Transactions made via Monero (XMR) inherent privacy features are bound by the mechanics of that specific network. We are not liable for any metadata leaked by your personal digital wallet provider.
